If you want to do something, and you think digital technology might help you do it better, we want to hear from you.

If your group needs help using technology, you can come to us for support. Setting up a website? Buying a computer? Not sure how to do something on your computer? We can help you either face-to-face or via our telephone helpline.

But maybe your group wants to do more than that? Maybe you want to help more people in your community benefit from technology. If you’ve got an idea to get people in your area using technology, we’ll help you with a package of support which might include;

  • Advice to shape your idea
  • Putting you in touch with those who have similar ideas and introducing you to potential partners
  • Training and mentoring to learn essential skills
  • Practical support to solve technical problems
  • Help finding additional support from other agencies
  • Financial support

We would also love to hear from local authorities, housing associations, enterprise agencies, national umbrella bodies, public sector organisations and private businesses. As well as promoting Communities 2.0 to community groups and social enterprises, you may have ideas, expertise and resources to contribute to digital inclusion initiatives nationally or in your area.
